I have a stiff numbness and tingling in my head espicially at forehead , occiput and besides that i feel burning and numb at my leg and arm. I used to pulpitating, it make me so nervous. Please help me. It make me feel fatigue sonetimes.

looks like either migraine headache or cervical spondylosis problem. please consult a neurologist in your city
