Nuchal fold thickness at 21weeks 2 Days

Hi. I got my anamoly scan done at 21weeks 2 days and in that nuchal fold thickness is 4.6mm. will there be any problem with that. Is it in the upperr limit ?. My nt scan and double marker test reports are normal. Please kindly help me.
