NT scan is very important and should be done along with dual markers esp when age is above 30. It is a screening test for few abnormalities. Though not mandatory. U can do till 14 weeks. If not able to do then do dual marker and then when 16 weeks quadraple marker

Yes NT NB scan  is very important   scan . This is done to rule out  any congenital anomaly  mostly  down  syndrome . This should be followed by   dual marker test  . These  test should be done at 11 to 13 weeks 6 days of gestation only
