Hi
Nt scan is ideally done between 11 weeks to 13 weeks 6 days and when crl falls between 33-80mm
Dual marker ideally done between 10- 14 weeks
nt of 1.4mm generally speaking is within normal limit and that again depends on gestational age.
Time difference between sample collection tested has no significance
4 days of gap has no significance if testing was done before 14 weeks
T21 risk ratio mentioned here is negative for screening.
NIPT in your case is not advisable
Usual indications for NIPT are following
if dual marker screening is positive
Soft markers showing increased risk for aneuploidies
Generally age more than 35
Previous history of anomalous baby
Known chromosomal translocation in parents
If you are anxious and wanting to get screened, there is no harm and can very well go ahead for NIPT, it’s a blood test can be done anytime after 10 weeks
Next Steps
Stop worrying and continue to consult obstetricians for further queries
