Issue with my wife 1st trimester scan report NT is 3.2. And the T21 is 1:450...what to do...is there any problems.

Thank you for your question. In your case the values are at borderline, ideally you should go for NIPT test as it is non invasive so chances of miscarriage will not be high which is much problematic in CVT or Ambiocentasis. Hopefully everything will be well.
