“12 w 2 d pregnancy: NT 2.1 mm, nasal bone 2.2 mm & normal ductus venosus – NIPT or CVS?” Description “My wife is 12 w 2 d pregnant. Recent NT scan showed: CRL 59 mm NT 2.1 mm (doctor reports 98th percentile; other charts say <95th) Nasal bone 2.2 mm present Ductus venosus flow normal Heartbeat and all other perameter normal We’re confused whether to go ahead with a non-invasive prenatal test (NIPT) first or directly opt for CVS. And CT is below 95th pct or 98th pct ? Any guidance on next best step? Thanks!”

Scan report is not la. But always better to do double marker test. It’s nowadays recommended irrespective of the NT scan findings.
Next Steps
