Iam a guy aged 19. I do a lot of exercises for weight loss and heavy workouts for around 1 hour... But recently i have noticed that im not sweating at all during these heavy workouts.. And sometimes i may sweat a little...but when i step out in the field and start playing football... I do sweat a lot in a very few time... What could be the reason for this? Do i have any problem?
Should we wipe our sweating which comes after exercise or keep it as it is ?
