I have just noticed my taste and smelling sense have gone as 2 days back i had cold,now its fine but still have bit weekness and pain in my eyes. I have isolated myself but dont know how to proceed with recovery on this, diet or medicine to take. I live alone in pg in Gurugram, no one to help around. Any immediate suggestions would be appreciated.
