My baby girl is 4 month old, and she's not pooping 5 days??? Is it normal ?? And if not then what I have to do? suggest me

It is normal Child can pass motion once in 7 days also and that is also normal Continue breastfeeding Danger signs: not taking feeds, irritable, vomiting, stomach distended, fast or noisy breathing
