Couple relationship in marriage is influenced by so many factors. Apart from interpersonal issues, other issues like psychological factors, stress levels, physical health, social factors, work life, family dynamics etc also have an impact on the quality of relationship. Hence, it is often normal for couple to go through ups and downs in their emotional and physical relationship. However, if it is affecting either of you and is going on for sometime, it needs to be addressed. I suggest you start expressing your feelings with your husband without being judgmental about him or blaming. Use the words 'we' often than 'you or I'. You need to appreciate his feelings and perceptions too. If still things not improving, seek professional help for couple therapy. Regards
