As I have mentioned in my subject I'm not getting sleep in the night time.whole night I will be awake even if I close my eyes I will be awake because of not having a proper deep sleep I'm feeling stress in my mind and however I feel sleepy in the daytime because of my work I can't sleep.even if I try to sleep in the day time I can have a deep sleep for maximum one hour. Because of this sleeping problem I will be lazy in day time and today feeling light headache. Because of this problem I will consume alcohol but still I won't get a proper sleep. Please refer me what kind of specialists I should consult for my problem. Regards, Arun
