In your case the sleep problem is probably secondary to your mood or anxiety disorder. Please consult a doctor to get this treated and your sleep issue will resolve wih it. Also if you can follow the following measures.
Avoid tea, coffee, colas.
Avoid daytime naps.
Avoid screen time (TV,mobile,laptop)near bed time.
Get adequate physical exercise during the day.
