Not getting pregnancy symptom anymore

I was on fertility treatment for 4 months which has ended this month including duphaston for 10 days each month for 4 cycle. My LMP is 9th January and from next week i was getting pregnancy symptom like light cramp in lower abdomen, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, creamy white discharge(usually i don't get), tiredness after completing the course my doc suggested continue duphaston for 5 days more cause i was sacred my periods can get started and miscarriage can happen. But from last two days i was not getting any symptom except white discharge and today i took pregnancy home test which came negative what should i do now

Wait till your missed periods. Do pregnancy test after missing your periods.

Take a serum Hcg test it will tell whether u r pregnant or not

Please don't think that you are pregnant unless you have a proper proof in the form of a urine pregnancy test or beta HCG level or a sonography scan. Many women think that they are pregnant (when they don't have any proof by investigation) and when they get their periods then they start thinking that they had an abortion. Please be scientific in your approach.
