Not getting period

Hi got a baby boy 6ix month ago. Until now I didn't get period I checked for pregnancy test it's show negative only. Pls give an suggestion.

Post delivery there can be  delay in resuming period due to lactation but there are chances to conceive before period resume so please be cautious and take proper precautions I

This is lactational amenorrhea.   But some time pregnancy do occur  during this time as ovulation occur during  amenorrhea also. So take proper contraception

It's called lactation amenorrhea. But you may got pregnant during this time so use proper contraceptive during relation. At present yr pregnancy test is negative so nothing to worry..

If you are exclusively breastfeeding then it’s normal not to have periods. You will have periods once you start weaning.
