Not getting a good sleep

When i sleep at night I have at first meditate then even when I sleep mere mind mei kuch na kuch chlta hi rhta hai even mera koi connection nhi hai and when I wake up then I don't feel refreshed

I suggest you to follow sleep hygiene, avoid taking tea or coffee in the evening, use bed only for sleeping. Avoid sleeping in afternoon, avoid watching TV at night and also to listen to some calm music. And if these thoughts are disturbing you a lot, it's better to consult a psychiatrist and address these issues.
