Not gaining weight

Am 42 years old 5'7". My present body weight is 61 kgs. I am working out four days a week for last 16 years. The weight is more or less constant. But I want to beef up few kilos.

Only work out with no proper diet will not help you much. You need to include at least 50 gms extra protein in your diet. Add whole pulses, legumes, soya products, eggs, chicken, milk and paneer in your diet. Also go for muscle training and weights in ur exercise routine

U need 6-7 KGS muscle gain.I can help with 4-5 KGS in month. U require healthy diet .their can be many reasons for not gaining

You must include muscle exercise. It must include arms,thighand shoulder. Dnt do stress on your body only go for gradual gain.
