I have gone through ultrasound scan on 30th jan ... everything seems good and I am 8 weeks pregnant as per ultrasound. But from yesterday that it 31th jan I had very severe headache that I have to take medicine and weakness . N today I am very dizzy and weak. What can be the reason?
