Hi, My kid was not eating anything for last 3 days. Not even water, she vomitted and had a slight fever before, because of that she scared and not eating any. We tried all fav food, but no luck. We have taken blood test ans stomach scan, but nothing is wrong. We put glucose drips last 2 days so she is ok What could be problem and how we can me her eat. Any issues?

U have not given her age.. Commonest cause of child not eating well without any obvious cause is child may have constipation which has not been recognised..

She might have had gastritis, give her more of liquid diet for 2 days... she ill be fine in 2 days
