You haven't written your routine, bedtime, waking up time, exercise routine. If you don't start your car for many days sometimes the battery goes down. Similarly with our body if we sleep late, wake up late, do not exercise. It starts being lazy due to a change in biorythm. It takes time to change this. When you start a healthy lifestyle, within 3-4 weeks you feel the change.
