My wife finding trouble opening her mouth facing trouble because she eats pan masala so please do revert me back not a single finger go in the mouth

The first thing to do is to stop chewing pan masala immediately. This is probably oral submucus fibrosis ( osmf) . Consult a good oral surgeon. Injections can be given to increase mouth opening. Do not ignore this condition as it is considered pre cancerous
