Hello doctor, My baby is 12 weeks old now. He has not taken breastfeed directly, so i am giving him expresses milk. As he is growing now, his feed is also growing. 2 days back i had fasted without food and water for almost 22 hours. After that, I am not able to generate much feed. Please suggest some good and instant measures if possible.

Avoid fasting for long hours. Till breastfeeding have small meals every 2-3hours. Take 3litres of water daily. Include lots of proteins and leafy vegetables in your diet. Kindly consult for prescription to increase your breast milk.
