Today I am. Not able to eat anything. Whatever I am eating I m feeling like vomiting. Tried eating and vomitted. What is the problem?

It could be gastritis  avoid oily spicy food tea coffee i would like to knok when was your last period  and give history regarding synptom like headache fever
