Hi,I'm trying for 2nd child since last two months and I have pcod problem.im taking ovabd and folinext tablet.my AMH value is 2.27.my LMP was 23april22.this month,I had spotting once on 25th May, after that nothing.i did pregnancy test and beta HCG,both are negative,now since 2nd June,i have brown discharge and spotting.i did UPT on 4th june.it came negative.can somebody tell me what's wrong with my period and why I'm not able to conceive? Also,since my last 2 cycles i continue had lower left abdomen pain.i never felt such pain before.also,i have 30days cycle,and my period mostly starts with 3-4 days spotting then 3days bleeding and then again 3-4 days spotting. And I guess i ovulate late in my cycle.please also suggest how to deal with late ovulation and how to know if I'm ovulating or not.
