My nostril is not in perfect shape means one side hole is small and one side is large due to bone shape ...is there any exercise to pefect it

Need more details and local examination of the nose for proper assessment..as per your description you might have caudal dislocation of the nasal septum.. visit an ENT specialist for opinion..
