Nose still bent even after rhinoplasty

I recently underwent a septoplasty + rhinoplasty surgery , both were done together . There is some improvement in the breathing but my nose still appears to be bent I am attaching a photo Left side is after surgery and right side is before surgery Is it Normal ? Kindly let me know
