Hello, Does she have polyp in a single nostril or both nostrils? While looking through a picture it looks very congested and inflamed. Running nose associated with polyp is okay but having bleeding is some what different history. This might need further evaluation based on nasal endoscopy. For normal ethmoidal bilateral polyp treatment given by the doctor is okay but for unilateral polyp detail investigation is required. I want proper history before commencing any treatment plan.
Next Steps
Please visit the nearest ENT clinic for further detailed evaluation.
