Hi good morning, Most of the time if the nasal fracture is not displaced,it do not required any e active treatment. The associated swelling take some time like 3 to 4 weeks to go away completely. However if the pain and swelling persist you can get an x-ray or CT scan to rule out any further injury. You can just take analgesics anti inflammatory as and when required for your pain. Do hot fomentation twice daily to the affected part. In case of any help you can book online consultation.
