Nose blocked
My wife is suffering from nose blocked problem since 1 year.it always repeat in 1-2 months.from last 3 months it occurs frequently and her blocked nose only open from navision or otrivin.please suggest medicine or any measure to cure this problem.
Since the problem has become chronic ... It could be due toa sinus infection or deviated septum ... It can also be due to chronic use of otrivin ... It will require a proper history and examination followed by investigations if necessary ... Kindly consult an ent doctor

Otrivin nasal drops should not be excessively used .If there’s blocked nose since 1 year , it can be due to obstruction within the nose . Get a nasal endoscopy done and a CT scan done . If there’s any obstruction get it surgically corrected.
