Nose is getting blocked and after using nasal drops it is getting unblocked then also not able to breathe properly more sweating Breathing through mouth Getting tired Not able to sleep due to breathing issues Do I need to do covid test? Medicine suggestions?

What drops are you using? Prolonged use of otrivin  nasal drops will do more harm than good. There can be many reasons for nose block. A deviated septum, allergy or chronic rhinosinusitis.
