I am 25 Yr Old . I am having nose block problem Since last 1-2 years Last year I had covid and Then my smell and taste Was Gone.. Now The smell and taste is recovered some how but my nose always Get blocked.. Specially In the Night when lying On the bed One Of the nose get blocked and create a Panic and stressed sitaution for me I used to sneeze Fast then the Mucus comes Out from my nose everytime Please Help Give some suggestions For this problem

Hi , We will need to look into what is triggering this nasal block . Do you have sneezing ? Itching ? Most common thing is an allergy but sometimes nasal block may be a non allergic reaction. It will be worthwhile to consult and find out .
Next Steps
Salina nasal drops may help in opening up of the nose . I will issue a word of caution while using oxymetazoline nasal drops which will give you temporary overwhelming relief but may lead to a chronic nasal blockage.
