My right nose blocks in the morning in AC when I wake up till afternoon and it opens in evening when I go outdoor, temperature is less and humidity is somewhat high compared to afternoon in evening. What can be the reason. I have nasal septum deviation towards right side. Attached CT scan.

U have a maxillary sinusitis in both sides , Steam inhalation twice daily.Tab Zocef 500 mg 1 tab twice daily for 5 days,Tab Sinarest Levo 1 tab twice daily for 5 days,Flomist nasal spray 2 puff twice daily in both the nostrils for 15 days .
