Hello! Your problem could be allergic rhinitis with or without sinusitis  or a deviated nasal septum. You will need a diagnostic nasal endoscopy first followed by a ct scan of the nose and paranasal sinus to evaluate further if needed. Antihistamines and a topical steroid nasal spray can be useful.
