first thing increase your liquid intake per day ,it should be arround 4-5 liters. every 20 -30 min you have to consume liquid as per surrounding enviornment.
do gargel and facewash with leukwarm water before sleeping.
do morning excercise,breathing excercise,for healthy nasall mucosa.
