First of all how old is ur sister ... Also any history of nose blocks , headache , facial pain, mouth breathing etc ? ... U might need to get a nasal endoscopy to get the answer to ur questions

Need to know the history in detail..what’s your sisters age?any other bleeding tendencies?Were the required tests for blood like clotting ,bleeding time ,cbp done?Did u get a nasal endoscopy or a CT PNS done??
