Nose bleed

My son age 12 has nose bleed.In two months it happened two times.He continuously sneezes in morning times after waking up.please give any suggestion.

It’s allergic. I would recommend you to visit a paediatrician. You can use Allegra Duo Nasal spray one spray in each nosy nostril two times a day for 15 days .

Your son is 12 years old. I hope he doesn't have the habit of picking his nose. Please consult an ENT specialist in your area for a physical examination. You should also learn (from the ENT specialist) regarding the first aid for nose bleed . It may be required often.
