My 10 year old son use to rub his nose vigorously... N sumtimes his nose bleeds... He often complains that he is unable to breathe properly

Hi I think he has a allergic rhinitis causing these symptoms I would suggest you to give him steam inhalation and take him to an ent specialist and get a proper prescription for the problem. Regards
