Normal or Doppler?

Which ultrasound should I get done for pain in scrotum/testicle — normal or Doppler? Hello doctor, I’ve been having pain in my scrotum/testicle for some time. I want to get an ultrasound done to know the cause. Should I go for a normal ultrasound or a Doppler ultrasound (color Doppler)? Which one is better for checking pain, swelling, or any infection? Thank you.

Doppler is better, it includes checking testes size, any cysts, any hydrocele and varicocele.
