Non-veg versus suppliment

I think , taking supplement is better option instead of taking non veg . As I am college student I do not have well balanced nutrients diet. Like doctor told me b12 deficiency , that I can't arrange here other than supplement. They do not cook every vegetable.

Hi Natural food is well absorbed by the body . Vitamin b12 is abundantly present in meat,fish, eggs , cheese, milk and in some fortified  cereals . So taking a supplement is also fine and advisable but the supplements should be non synthetic and  should be taking during the day time say you can have a supplement after your 30 mins post breakfast .
