Non itchy red spots on  body after fever

Baby had fever for 3 days which resolved on day 3 followed by non itchy red spots on all body Today is day 3 of spots and these spots seem to increase. child is otherwise playful. Rash doesn't bother him. What can be applied on rash to resolve it Pls reply

Can be viral exanthem.. will resolve by its own.. can sometime resolve with hyperpigmentation.

Seems like viral infection.as your child is active and playful But better you send picture of rashes or you consult your nearby paediatrician for rashes
