Gastric problems varied from person to person, food items which cause gastric problems to you may not cause any problem to others.
Next Steps
Just try to feel after eating which food items you get more gastric problems.
Health Tips
your meal should be small and frequent, avoid fluid alone with the meal, fry food, avoid tea coffee, avoid spicy food, sometimes beans, rajma, chhole, potatoes also causes gastric problems if you feel it causes problems to avoid it, citrus fruits should not not eat on empty stomach. some vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower, beans carrot peas also causes gastric problem so boiled through the water then use it. Night sleep is important.
