Noise in left ear

Male, 18 Years Sir, I have a problem in my left ear. There some sounds I hear from my left ear whenever I get silent atmosphere, it distrects me alot at time of study, not able to concentrate it is happening from last 1 year but I have no problem in hearing, I can hear clearly every low to high pitch sounds. Please help me
