Hello I had my first scanning on 27th of October wen I was confirmed pregnant with 5 weeks and 3 days pregnancy and was asked to come after 2 weeks for next one. In the mean while I had spotting on 9th of November, cause of which my gynac suggested emergency scanning. And in scanning my gestinal sac had grown from 0.66 cm to 0.78cm only and it depected the duration of the pregnancy as 5.4 weeks . Doctor is asked me to do scanning after 1 week again . Can there be chances of miscalculation of my pregnancy tenure. I had irregular periods with pcod . And I was under the treatment of letroz tab 5mg. After the second month of having these letroz I was tested positive for pregnancy. Last period start Date 9th sep Tested positive for pregnancy - 11th Oct First scanning -27th Oct Second scanning cause of spotting -9th Nov. Plz help.me in understanding what has to be done now . Doctor is telling me that the baby not be alive
