No yolk sac and fetal pole

Initially 8.5mm gestational sac seens and after two weeks 12.98mm gestational sac seens but no yolk and fetal pole till date and doctors says it's abnormal and need to d&c , Please check the reports and share your opinion.

You have posted USG of the same day twice. I think you uploaded a similar post without the sonography report. In that you had given beta HCG levels. I think if the patient wants to wait for one week, there is no harm.  Before doing a D&E we should be absolutely sure that this is a case of missed abortion.

Wait for an week or 2 and repeat scan and then take decision cause its still 5 weeks wait upto 6-8 weeks please?
