Completed virechanam followed by udwarthanam. 5 days completed , 2 more days to go. Only 600 gms weight lost till now even with proper diet. When can the results of udwarthanam expected? I was told a minimum of 3kgs and maximum of 7-10kg wight loss can be expected in my case
