No weight gain

Though I eat proper diet with breakfast lunch still there is no gain in weight, what is the reason for the same??

May be your diet is not enough in protein as you need to take 1 gm protein per kg body weight. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for detailed diet plan.
