No sperm, no semen, nothing

I used to watch porn and mustarbate a lot for past 10 years.. But in the mids of may 2023, I stopped watching porn and mustarbation. I did mustarbation last night without porn but nothing came out.. No sperm, no semen, nothing.. What's happening? Everything was good back when I used to mustarbate daily. Also there's was a sperm cell detected in my Urineanalyais test.
