  4. No smell & taste. Blocked please advise.

No smell & taste

From last 10days I have lost taste but I can't m smell things intermittently I have no other problem I. e. No cough no fever no cold In morning I feel nose is blocked Please advise.

Tab Sinarest levo 1 tab twice daily after food for 5 days,Nasomist nasal spray 2 drops twice daily in both the nostrils for 7 days,Steam inhalation thrice daily for 7 days ,Do Covid RT PCR .
