No sleep at all

I am 23 I have been having sleep problems from last 2-3 months. Sometimes I get very good sleep, sometimes not at all. It's irregular to say the least. I haven't sleep for more 4 hours every night for last 4 night. Yesterday I didn't sleep in the night at all, despite my best efforts and exhaustion. What should I do ? Have tried sleep cleanliness too but problem is getting worse ? I am a anxious person but currently pretty calm (since last month). I may /may not have depression. Not taking any medication

Hello. Insomnia can turn to be a serious and distressing situation if persistent. It also affects work performance and life quality. If you have tried sleep hygiene techniques, certain relaxation techniques or medicines can be tried for you. You would need a proper Psychiatric consultation though. Good luck.
