No periods just spotting

I had my last period on 13th august and today is 12 nov i still havent gotten my period since then i have travelled to a different country since then from last 6 day i am having spottings cramps bloating and back pain but no periods the bleeding is slight pink or bright red i am not sexually active i dont know what to do i tried to get withdrawal meds but it is not available in the country i am staying now

The main thing is did you have sexual intercourse during this time ? Please get your beta HCG level done and consult with a Gynaecologist.
