Hello doctor i got positive pregnancy test after 3 years of marraige with clomid this is my precious pregnancy i did early scan doctor said 5weeks and 5 days gas sac yolk sac and fetal pole is seen but no cardiac activity im very worried doctor prescribe hcg 50000iu weekly and progsterone folic acid and ecosprin it is safe will my fetus get heartbeat

Hello, it is early to comment at 5 weeks. A repeat sonography will give us a clearer picture. Till then continue the meds and take due care. No heavy strenuous work, no exercise, hydrate well, eat well. And absolutely no intercourse.

Heartbeat generally comes at 6-7 weeks of pregnancy . As you have conceive by ovulation induction  I would suggest you to  continue the injections and go for scan after 2 weeks.
